Iconic gold watch

Yes I recently purchased this watch but I do not have it. You ask me how do I feel about a product I’m still paying but did not receive. At the moment there’s only two ways for me to bump these stars up. The first option is to a ship a replacement to a nearby USPS facility so they can hold it for me until I get back. Reason being is because while I was out on vacation from April 18th to April 27th ,someone stole it when it was shipped to my place on April 20th. People like to steal here and they will do it especially if it’s just left out in the open in front of my door for anyone to take. Option would be to refund it. I’m halfway through my payments on it I owe 45 dollars on it through shop pay. So if y’all can’t replace it then I’d like my money refunded. I am a very upset customer and I would like this situation to be resolved to where both parties are satisfied. Thank you have a wonderful day
