Great customer service

Excellent! I bought 3 gift certificates and only received 2. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me the 3rd card, asked if they could do anything else. Superior customer service!

i got gift card to go along with fleece hoodie i got for my son. then--i forgot about it on christmas. so i never saw it & son did not get it. must've tossed it with trash. dang!!!

difficult website

Not great. US website doesn't state you can't use a US gift card for the EU website so had to get a refund and then the EU website only seemed to sell gift cards in 25 pound lots so had to buy 4 to make up 100 pounds!
