What is your return policy?

For product purchased at www.losangelesapparel.net: We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please ensure that tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on bras, panties, briefs, and most bodysuits. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Please note that all international sales are final.

What is your exchange policy?

We want you to love your Los Angeles Apparel gear as much as we love making it! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached.

Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.

Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we cannot accept exchanges.

Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to refund to a different credit/debit card! If you are doing a return, and the original card you used to purchase the item is no longer in working order (i.e. it was voided).

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@losangelesapparel.net with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
