I was really excited about getting these and usps tracking says they were delivered but I have still not received them almost a week later. I have reached out to you and you said to wait. I waited and reached out again and you have not responded. I filled out a form on the usps site and they have also not yet found my package. Feeling disappointed.

Super soft and good quality material (think beach towel thickness).
The sizing is a little confusing so for reference I'm 5'7" 135 lbs and the XS/S fits not too big but still with a good amount of excess material for comfort and hits about a handspan below the knee. Not super fluffy like some bath robes but definitely warm and comfortable and will last a long time.
