Our bags are made in our in house factory in Los Angeles, California by workers earning a living wage. Each bag is manufactured and then dyed in batches, giving the thick textile of the bag a weathered texture. These bags can last you a decade and are totally washable. Dyes are extra high quality and will not fade after multiple washes.
* "Natural" color measures slightly larger in size as it does not undergo the dye process. Shrinkage may occur after first wash.

Our experienced sewers earn up to $25 an hour and no less than $17.28; additionally workers have healthcare benefits for less than $15 per week, a 401k plan, paid sick days, subsidized bus passes and favorable overtime benefits.

My best bag friend
perfect for overnight stay at a friends! im going on three years with this bag and it has held up fairly well for how much ive used and abused it. However, it is now starting to lose its reliability. The zipper has started splitting and going off track (could be me overstuffing) and a small hole at the seam. Despite this im considering buying a new bag bc this one has served me well. I just dont recommend testing its limits buy filling it with a bunch of stuff.
Top-tier
This bag has become my daily driver as it's much more elegant on Muni than my backpack. I usually carry a bunch of books for school, sometimes a laptop, a little zip kit with life stuff, and it feels like manageable. If they ever come up with a version that's exactly this bag but with a couple of outer pockets and a key clip I would buy that one too, which would alleviate the only issue of the bag being kind of awkward to open and rummage through if you can't set it down on a surface. I'm 6'2" and the straps are a perfect drop for carrying it on my shoulder without making a fuss. I'm an uncool, no longer young grad student l but when I take this bag to school or out to the bar to do homework young, cool people either know what it is or want to know what it is and where they can get it. I've already put it through the washer/dryer and it didn't fade or deteriorate. Personally I find this to be outstanding value for really well-made, high quality bag that comes from ethical, domestic manufacturing.

I prefer the longer straps
This item has been updated to have shorter straps and it’s not a look I particularly find appealing but it’s good quality bag I rather use than to keep using the older one I had even though I loved the length it provided. Overall it’s a good product but it has changed from previous years.

super cute. really small after washing it, so definitely wash on delicate or by hand. the beautiful green color stayed vivid grass green though
Great Bag!
Ordered this bag in the navy and loved it. Great strap thickness and length and can hold a lot of items. Not much internal storage and is rather just one big pit. My biggest issue with this bag is the zipper. It can become stuck or hard to pull at times.
Item never arrived
Honestly I’m sure this item is great, but it never arrived, when I reported that in the help section of my order it said to look more and report back in five days…..not super helpful, and it never turned up
