Thigh High Sock
With extra cushion on the pad of the foot and a lighter knit on the top, this sock is sure to keep your feet dry and comfortable without crowding your foot. The mid-height on the rib can be worn either pulled up or scrunched down for a more causal fit, the foldover hem will make sure it stays put. A deep Y-Gusset makes the heel deeper to assure it won't drift during the day.

Not like they used to be
Not great. They don’t have the same elasticity they had years ago. The socks do not stay in place and are often slipping down causing the ankles to have a surplus of fabric. Not cute. I have over 10pairs and the newer ones are just not the same.

Not great for shorties
I’m 157cm, wouldn’t recommend getting these for the shorter ladies. They’re also very tight on the thigh part (I’m 52kg)

Quality is Tanking
I have ordered these for years and love them, but as of late, almost every new pair that comes in the mail has some sort of snag or sewing flaw that leads to a hole within one wash. I know these items are single-thread, meaning that one snag can genuinely unravel the whole sock, but this has never been a repeated issue until recent orders. PLEASE, fix your quality control! A sock that lasts one wear is NOT SUSTAINABLE!

An AA classic
I’ve been a fan of these socks since the AA days when my sister worked at a store. You can be sure I begged her for these so I could be the hottest girl in my middle school. And yes, they worked. Nostalgia made me pick up a pair at the store and they are still as hot 15 years later and so am I!

Still one of my favorite socks
I’ve been wearing this sock since American Apparel used make pretty much same ones. This is a bit shorter and thinner than the older models. To be honest, the older ones were better as it was like 10cm longer than this model and the socks was thicker. I was be able to pull them up all the way close to my crotch, but this one stays about 8cm from my crotch. There are still my favorite socks as the design is very simple and cute. If Los Angeles Apparel will make a bit longer version of this sock, I’ll definitely grub more pairs. I’m 177cm by the way.

I got my first pair and they arrived with a ripped unsewn edge, but they were quick to send me a new pair at no cost which was really nice of them. I will say I was hesitant to order because I have not ordered anything since they were shut down all those years ago. These socks are not like the original at all, and yes those cable knit socks were like 75$ but I still have them to this day and it's been over 10 years and they're still tight like the day I got them. These socks stay up pretty well, they're not tight really and probably won't last me two years but they are $16 and they're a nice color and will keep me warm in winter. I wish old AA products still existed just without all the drama that followed.

Exactly what I was looking for came very quick
Cute but not worth buying
Great length and so cute, but horrible quality. My legs are pretty slim and I just wore these sitting around for one day and some holes formed already in the seams towards the top :(.
I expected better
They’re ok. Very thin and low quality. I was disappointed honestly. Not worth the price point or hype
