This classic a-line mini skort is made of our smooth Ponte and, yes, there are shorts attached. This high-waisted style features a 1 1/2" elastic waistband and 2 side slits. To ensure extra security and comfort, we've fitted these with flattering shorts underneath so you can wear this timeless style for all your favorite activities. Try pairing it with our matching Ponte Bodysuits for a head-to-toe look. This versatile bottom is casual, yet elegant and can be paired from anything from crop tops to blouses and sweaters.

This is the perfect skort that doesn’t look like an exercise situation. Thick/good quality fabric, just enough stretch. I imagine it would look good on all body types.

this is my second one of these - i had to size up bc i outgrew my other one. such a perfect basic black skirt, and i love the shorts underneath for security. i definitely prefer the waistband on the garment dye cheer skort, this one has a tendency to scrunch up, but the quality is impeccable and i'm super happy with it.

Thick fabric but doesn’t hold up
I love this skirt design and how heavy the fabric is but the band has been folding over since my first try on. After I washed it for the first time the fabric has already started to fray and pill. I was hoping to buy this skirt in other colors but that is not going to happen.
Curvy girl approved
Really love this skirt, mega flattering. I’m roughly 160-170, 5’3” thicker thighs and this totally covered my back side I would have given 5 stars but the waist band is a pet peeve. Other than that super comfortable and very pretty.
Cute but misses the mark
This only somewhat works on my body. I'm a little bit curvier and so it rides up a lot in the back. Because of my athletic curve, the waistband also has a little bit too much give in the back.
great basic, subpar waistband situation
was looking for a new black a-line mini to replace my previous one that finally wore out, and this one is almost perfect! I really like the fabric — it’s stretchy enough to be comfortable even if you eat a big meal, it hangs well, and it keeps its shape if you want to wear it a few days in a row. it’s nice and soft, and the built-in shorts are a nice touch. I have pretty large thighs for my size, and the leg opening isn’t too tight or uncomfortable at all. my only complaint (and i saw this mentioned in a few other reviews) concerns the waistband. the elastic isn’t sewn down in the casing at all, meaning that it starts to twist and fold in half throughout the day. I found this to be really irritating, so i wrestled with it enough to unfold it inside the band and just sewed along the side seams of the band to keep everything flat and secure. it worked great, and I don’t have any issues now, but i would have preferred not to have had to do it u know
Good for size 16
I’ve had a lot of trouble finding cute a-line skirts and have even stopped looking for shorter skirts altogether in recent years. This skirt is so cute and fits perfectly, I am actually able to wear it and feel confident. If you are size 16 this skirt in XL will fit!
