Shipping to Canada

For orders over $125 USD, we offer FREE SHIPPING. No surprise charges. What you see at check out is what you pay. GST/PST/HST charged at check out.  

Shipments are generally made within one day and arrive within 2 - 3 weeks.

ON/BC: 13%
MN/SK/AL/QC/NU/NT/YT: 5%
NF/NS/NB/PEI: 15%
There is a 25% tariff on certain US products into Canada.

• Items bought in the United States that clearly originate from another country (e.g., clothing labeled “Made in Italy”) are exempt from these tariffs. If there’s no proof the goods come from outside the U.S., the tariffs will apply.

• Items purchased abroad that are plainly labeled “Made in the USA” (or otherwise indicate U.S. origin) are treated as U.S.-made and will be subject to the tariffs.

 

Shipping to Mexico

We have a flat rate freight service to Mexico for $10.00 USD.  For orders over $145 USD, we offer FREE SHIPPING. No surprise charges. What you see at check out is what you pay.

Shipments are generally made within one day and arrive approximately in a week.

IVA charged at check out. No duty on made in USA clothing into Mexico. 

 

Please note orders to MX will be charged a customs pre-validation fee of 240 MXN (approximately $11 USD).

Shipping to Europe

Free shipping will be offered for all orders over $145 USD. For orders below $145, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. VAT is included in the price of the product. If applicable, duties will be calculated at checkout.

What are your other international shipping options?

Orders over USD $145 will be eligible for free shipping via Economy service where service providers will vary.

Other options, depending on your country of destination may be Standard USPS, DHL Express. These service rates will be calculated based on your package weight.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on international orders?

Yes. For products purchased at www.losangelesapparel.net : We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on bras, panties, briefs, and most bodysuits. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. We highly recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number for your return. Los Angeles Apparel is not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.

Will I have to pay customs, duties or other taxes?

For Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, Korea, Israel, Hong Kong, and Singapore:  Duty and taxes will be included at check out.

For other countries: Customers will be responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. These charges are non-
refundable. For more information, contact your customs office.

When will I receive my package?

Times may vary depending on your customs office acceptance and clearance of your package. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse and you will be given a tracking number. Note, free shipping is delivered via our Economy Service and typically delivers within 10 business days.
