We are seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to join our dynamic Finance Department. If you like challenges, working hard, and can see yourself thriving in a rapidly expanding startup environment, we encourage you to apply.

This role will report directly to the Controller and CFO, providing critical support to our financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in QuickBooks, multi-state sales tax reporting, and reconciliation processes (bank, credit card, lender loan, and sales cycle).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in managing all accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close processes, financial reporting, fixed assets, and long-term leases
• Perform and oversee bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, lender loan reconciliations, and sales cycle reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with multi-state sales tax reporting using Avalara, ensuring timely and accurate submissions across jurisdictions
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures that improve operational efficiencies and compliance

The Role

The Role
As a Retail Inventory Associate, you’ll support daily inventory operations to help ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and a smooth customer experience. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing shipments, assisting with floor replenishment, maintaining inventory accuracy (including RFID scanning), and helping to keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked.
