There is a magnet on top to keep the bag closed but I like zipper tops on my bags. There’s also a pocket inside where you can put your cards etc.

I use this for school and it beats a boring messenger bag any day. There’s a poucj on the inside and a magnet so nothing falls out. I can fit my laptop and power cable inside. It’s perfect. You can also remove the leather strap and use it on other bags.
