Difficult and not really worth it

I ordered this in a medium originally because that is the size the size chart put me at. I received it and it was way too small. The shoulders dug in, the underskirt underwear part was cutting my butt in half, and the seam wear the skirt starts wouldn’t lay flat. I put in an exchange request, and got a large. It took about a week to arrive and it was the wrong order. I had to contact customer service again and they sent me the dress in a large and corrected that mistake. When I received the dress, It was still too small. The skirt was still lifting and the shoulders still dig in, but if I sized up any more, the middle would have way too much fabric. As you can imagine, at this point, I just wanted to return it and get a refund, but because of the mishap with the exchange, my order isn’t eligible. So now I’ve lost that money for a dress I can’t wear. If you have an even kind of long torso, do no purchase, it’s not worth it. I gave two stars because of the easy exchange process, aside from the mistake. Otherwise, unpleasant experience and I do not recommend.

Ordered a medium and it fit almost perfect. I’m 5’4 and 130lbs. it was a bit short for my torso but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all when wearing it! the seam of where the skirt comes out looks a bit odd since I am kind of pear shaped, but if I pull it up its super cute ! Again the material is so soft and very comfortable!!

Wanted to size up after reading the reviews, but that was sold out so I settled with my size. It does fit a bit tight but as as 5’2 girl it’s just right. I don’t think I would’ve fit it if I were any taller or bigger though. For reference I’m between uk8-10
