I'm roughly 5'3", 155 lbs, and pear-shaped.. typically medium in most leggings and size 8 regular in denim. I ordered medium, and this size is a comfortable, perfect fit. There's no squeezing or sagging anywhere. On me, they stop right at the gluteal fold and get a little cheeky if I pull them up some. (If you're conscious about going too short, feel free to go up a size.)

Canadagood shorts for pole dance
I was looking for something to wear while practicing pole dance. Most styles now are high cut making it hard to use my torso to help me stick to the pole for certain tricks. The lower rise solves this problem and they look good :) The material also seems to be of good quality and keeps its shape.
