I’m 5’4 with a 28 inch waist and weigh about 135. I purchased the black pair in a medium. I’m normally a m or l in bottoms. They are a bit see through if you bend over. I’m not sure if I needed to size up or if that is just the quality of the leggings but I definitely only wear this when I wear something long enough to cover my bottom.
