No finished hem.

I appreciate how daring this super high twirly hemline is, but no way I would try to wear it as a tube top or capelet as suggested. Tube tops should hug and I already have a home-sewn high quality capelet. I have short legs, and even on me, it barely covers me bum. I definitely want to try evening out the cut of the hem and put a rolled seam on it. I didn’t figure on having to make an adjustment, but I’d rather not return it. As the models illustrate, this micro skirt might be very good over a bodysuit, for a ballet core aesthetic.
