Item not received

I wasn’t able to use the item since the courier was not able to successfully deliver the package. They left it outside my buildings garage door and it had gotten stolen since it is a busy residential street. I had been in contact with customer service regarding my order and trying to see if I could at least get a store credit to be able to reorder the items and have them sent to a different address in order to ensure a safer delivery. I have not heard back from customer service for almost a week now. So I just am cutting my losses with the money I spent for this order since I don’t think I would be granted a refund or a credit. I hadn’t shopped with the company since it was American Apparel and I was excited for this items to prep for festival season, but it was unsuccessful and unresponsive.

Straps too long

I have the same bra in pink and it fits perfectly. I love the look and it goes great with racer back tops. I got another one in black but the straps are longer so the look and fit are not as nice.

I’m a size D36, I bought a large in black. It’s a little small for my chest, however my weight fluctuates often. I personally don’t care for support. I hardly wear bras, but this gives enough support for me. It’s simple and sexy. I will be buying one of each colour.
