Two tries Broken/nonfunctional
The item arrived broken. Spoke to customer service super quick response. 2nd order arrive nonfunctional. Used a screwdriver to place watch component from 1st to 2nd order, now I have a functional watch. Alerted customer service who got back to me immediately and was issued a full refund.
