The Riding Pant
The Original Riding Pant. Still made in Los Angeles. Still Sweatshop free. These pants feature a classic high rise waist and are fitted throughout with patches on the inner knee. Constructed out of a stretchy, durable, ribbed nylon ottoman fabric of traditional sportswear quality. This compressive pant is finished with a 2 inch woven elastic waistband, zipper fly and 2 brass snap buttons. Channel your inner horse girl with a sweater and boots or a crop top in the summer.
Our experienced sewers earn up to $25 an hour and no less than $17.28; additionally workers have healthcare benefits for less than $15 per week, a 401k plan, paid sick days, subsidized bus passes and favorable overtime benefits.

I had these when I used to work for American Apparel and wore them all the time! These are still true to the original design. It does a lot of uplifting and accentuates the curves. Honestly, contemplating if they'd also be good workout leggings for leg day since they are so thick!
Same pants different material
I ordered 3 pairs of riding pants, in black tan and brown. I did notice the material on each pair feels different. The tan ones are the thickest which is how I remember them being. The brown was thinner and the black the thinnest material which is disappointing considering they are supposed to be the same pants. I have previously purchased the riding pants and black over several years ago and because of the quality of them they held up pretty good however, the new quality of the black and brown I don’t think it will last as long

These are probably the best pants I have ever worn! And in my opinion, probably the best article of clothing that LA Apparel makes. I never leave reviews, but this is such a great quality of pants that I felt like I needed too. These pants fit well and really show my curves. Additionally, they are snug, but in a good way and not tight. They have also kept me warm during the winter. 10/10 recommend these pants!

They fit amazing I’m very pleased with them. I purchased an extra large. 5’7 170 hippy w/ thick thighs. The large wasn’t long enough so exchanged them for the larger size.

These pants are everything!! Super comfortable and hold everything in. I am so glad the company is back and that these are available again!! Please consider manufacturing them in many other colors! Please bring back the dark purple and a deep navy!
