Denim High Waist Pencil Skirt
Our denim pencil skirt is here, made of 100% cotton, heavy denim. This style features two front pockets and two in the back and is fitted throughout. Pair this style with tights and your favorite turtleneck style for the winter and wear it year-round with a cropped baby tee in the summer. This garment runs true-to-size and has a high waisted fit.
Made in Los Angeles, Calif. Our experienced sewers earn up to $25 an hour and no less than $17.28; additionally workers have healthcare benefits for less than $15 per week, a 401k plan, paid sick days, subsidized bus passes and favorable overtime benefits.

Curve hugging, great fit!
I absolutely love this skirt and the way it fits. I initially ordered a Small because of the reviews but had to do an exchange for an XS and that size fit me perfectly. For reference I’m 5’4 110 lbs. the denim is thick and the length is just right.
Very well-made and flattering, though size chart is a bit confusing
Based on the size chart, I would have been an xs which seemed off. I have another skirt from LA apparel in a small which fits me great, so I ordered a small here. Size chart says that should be 2 in bigger than my waist, but it fits perfect (and actually a little snug!) For reference I am 5 ft 5, 27 in waist, athletic with some butt. Skirt is sturdy denim and will need a little breaking in but is very well-made and really accentuates curves. Quite high-waisted as well.

This skirt is so bomb but please come out with a medium and light denim color for this summer . Please !!!!!!!
Gorgeous (but rigid) skirt
Really well made skirt! I was a bit nervous how it would fit, as I'm 5'3", petite with some muscle but definitely got a butt. The skirt is super high waisted on me, like almost covering my lowest ribs but it looks amazing on. I got a medium and it really holds me in and makes my *** look terrific. Like I said in the title, it's incredibly rigid, so don't expect to move around a bunch or bend over particularly well, but I don't necessarily consider that a bad thing, just something to keep in mind.

I got a large and it fit my 29-30 inch waist perfect! Makes me look quite shapely. Made of nice sturdy denim!!!

This skirt is my new favorite staple! I tried to find a denim skirt like this for ages in vintage shops, but couldn't find anything. I decided to invest in this, and it completely exceeded my expectations! It's perfectly high waisted, the perfect length, and is very sturdy. However, be careful with sizing: I have a 26.5" waist and a larger tuchus, and the small fit perfectly. The size guide made it seem like an extra small would be my size, but take it from me: that would have been way too small. But believe me-- this skirt is worth it! If you're on the fence, go for it. You won't be disappointed!

Must Have
This is my go-to item this summer. It fits beautifully and is the perfect length. I am quite short but this skirt makes me look tall. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a high quality staple denim skirt. I am 5’2”, 120 lbs, and my waist is 26” and I got a size S
