The Valley A-Line Skirt
The Valley Skirt features a playful a-line silhouette with a paneled front and 2 front slits. Made from our soft gabardine, just like our classic tennis skirt, for a feminine flow and drape. This style has a invisible back zipper and darts to shape to your waist. Pair with hosiery and turtlenecks for a dressy winter look or with our bodysuits and crop tops for a vibrant look in the spring and summer.
We recommend determining your waist size by measuring around the smallest part of your torso. Skirt is made of tightly woven gabardine that runs small; we suggest sizing up if you desire more room.

Love this skirt
I have two of these in black and have worn them for years! They’re the perfect length for work with tights but you can also wear them out or dressed up. I wear them at least three times a week. So versatile and last a long time. LA Apparel, I am begging you to offer more colors!! I am desperate for a dark brown or dark gray version. Or plaid. Please please please make even more options! This is the best skirt ever.
The only complaint I have is the lack of pockets. But I love this skirt. It is so comfortable and so nice for the hot weather.
Great Skirt!
I am very happy with this skirt. It is very cute and it is comfortable. I am fine with the size but if you want to make sure you can go up a size. The length I feel is good for me (I am 5'6) and the fabric feels like it will be great for the hot days. The cobalt blue color is amazing. I only wish they made a skort version as well and it had pockets. Pockets would be awesome.
Beautiful color but measurements are OFF by over 1/2 inch
The size chart said that size L waist was 15 3/8 in but it was actually 14 3/4 inch - or a 29.5" waist instead of a 30.75" waist.

Too Big :(
I love this skirt and I had been eyeing it for a while! The sizing for this brand is weird though so I wasn’t sure what size to get. I went with a medium because the description said to size up but the skirt is a little too big around the waist. I definitely should have went with a small. For reference I am 5’5 and 26ish/27ish around the waist.

I'm 5'0, 115 lbs and am always worried about skirts looking too long on me. Ordered the red skirt in size small and it falls perfectly flirty length above my knee.

I find Los Angeles apparel sizing to be very confusing. Normally I have to size up but in this case getting a smaller size is the way to go. The waist of a medium is an inch or more larger than their tennis skirts which I usually have to order a medium in. Overall really cute skirt, very verse.
