Charged for returned item
Not great. I returned an item to usps because it already had a label I assumed I could drop it off anywhere. I then saw that I can only drop off at ups, I emailed customer service trying to resolve the issue and received no response or help and just an email saying that I had been charged for the full price of the item.

Lightweight, close to form-fitting but doesn't feel overly tight
The neck holes on all these these turtlenecks are always so small … it’s unbelievable
not a mock neck
mid shirt though overall I am happy with it. I was hoping for a replacement for my worn out american apparel circa 2016 mock neck which was perfectly stretchy, breathable, and durable. We're talking I wore this for 7 years!! Anyway, this dupe did not altogether deliver. Be warned the cotton is super thin - -which I am cool with for the summer/spring. But the neck is long af not a mock neck at all. I have to roll it down and have a hot neck all day lol. Anyway I am still on the hunt for the 2015 grail.
