UPF 40 Jersey Sun Shrug

The Sun Shrug is made from a velvety smooth and lightweight performance wear jersey that provides sun protection during the day and finishes off your look at night. Fingers are free to text, grip, and hold. This shoulder shrug is excellent for all sports, dance, as well as everyday activities such as driving, gardening, and hiking.

We like to style the Sun Shrug with with strapless styles and bodysuits. It can also be worn under shirts as surprise sleeves.

Our UPF 40 performance jersey was developed in Korea and is densely knit to provide excellent sun protection for summer and winter sports. The anti-microbial, quick dry technology of this fabric resists odor causing bacteria. Its remarkable insulating capabilities allows this fabric to act like a thermal underwear in winter and a coolant in the summer by wearing it slightly damp to enjoy the effects of evaporation.

*UPF is an industry standard measurement for sun protective fabric that protects from UVA and UVB rays. (Think of it as sunscreen for your skin that you don’t have to reapply.)

exactly as expected! a new staple in my closet. the quality of the material is amazing, thick but breathable. fit is on the tight side but it is very stretchy and can fit both sizes as made. need it in more colors!

Life Saver

I've worn this constantly throughout the summer and I love it. It is getting a little loose but for the amount of wear I've put it through this year, Im impressed it's still intact especially after my surf trip to Bali.

Sunburn Free

I wore this in the pool and had no issues at all. It also dries very quickly and didn’t make me break out in a rash. My shoulders were sun burn free the entire day.

Perfect basic shrug!

I’ve been looking for a black shrug but didn’t want to purchase fast fashion and couldn’t find one secondhand. I love that this one was made in the USA and came with a freebie! The material is so soft and it feels like great quality
