Reseller/ Product Lister (Depop)

We’re expanding our Sustainable Imperfects Depop shop and looking for experienced resellers who already understand marketplaces and fast-paced listing environments to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, knows their way around Depop and other third party reselling channels, and wants hands-on experience in both e-commerce and apparel.

What you’ll do:

  • List 50+ unique items daily on Depop,Whatnot, Ebay, Etsy + more.
  • Photograph and styling garments
  • Listing high-volume product daily
  • Managing offers and sales in real time
  • Organizing inventory for resale flow
  • Collaborating with photographers, stylist, and leads
  • Helping push daily and weekly sales goals
  • Plan and be a part of flea markets

Retail Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Retail HQ team located in Los Angeles to improve our Retail practices and oversee day-to-day retail processes. In this role you support the Retail Manager, Retail Director and Store Managers. 

Applicants must be highly motivated individuals ready to maintain Los Angeles Apparel’s standards while prioritizing a retail and customer focused experience. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the retail department 

Highlights:

  • To assist in the coordination of day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth workflow across HQ and Retail locations

The Role

Los Angeles Apparel is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for students who are passionate about fashion, design, and brand aesthetics. Junior Backend Developer

We're seeking a motivated Junior Developer to support the build-out of backend systems, data infrastructure, and integrations that drive business decisions across our organization.

The Role

This hands-on technical position focuses on supporting the development of backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and business intelligence solutions. You'll work closely with senior developers and stakeholders across the company to build, maintain, and improve the tools and infrastructure that power daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in backend development, data engineering, or a related technical role (internships and academic projects count)
  • Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL
  • Foundational understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL concepts
  • Exposure to or interest in API development and system integrations
  • Familiarity with dashboarding or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn ERP systems and enterprise software workflows

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team at Los Angeles Apparel. This role is responsible for supporting the AP cycle accurately and efficiently, assisting our Controller and CFO with day-to-day financial operations. The right candidate has hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approval prior to payment
  • Support payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records and documentation
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and account issues
  • Assist with month-end close processes including AP aging reports and accruals
  • Support the finance team with audits, reporting, and ad hoc requests as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accuracy across financial records
  • Weekend availability may be required on an as-needed basis

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team and play a key role in getting products out the door accurately and efficiently. This is a labor-intensive, hands-on role that involves picking, packing, and preparing shipments, as well as supporting inventory management and cycle counts.

You’ll work closely with the Distribution Center Manager and Inventory Lead to help keep things moving — from order fulfillment to inventory audits — all in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:

Inventory Associate - Raw Materials (Bi-lingual)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory Associate to support raw materials management at our 61st Street facility. This role is critical to maintaining accurate, digitized, and management-accessible records of yarn, greige goods, and all machine parts and components on-site. The right candidate is digitally competent, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This person will own daily and weekend cycle count oversight, support the full greige goods workflow from receiving through dye house handoff, and maintain a comprehensive parts inventory accessible to management. They will serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse inventory information at 61st Street, acting as a liaison between the on-site team and management for accurate, timely reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct daily cycle counts and oversee weekend cycle count audits for yarn and greige goods inventory
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to compile and submit inventory counts for weekly and monthly reporting
  • Scan and digitize greige goods packing slips prior to dye house pickup; document and organize records via email and Excel
  • Maintain a comprehensive, management-accessible inventory of all machine parts including knitting machine sets, flat machine components, beanie machine parts, and compressor parts
  • Track quantities and create packing slips for greige goods orders; support the full workflow from receiving through dye house handoff

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
