It has been a struggle to not wear these everyday. For reference, I'm 5'5" and about 130lbs. I almost went with the medium but I am happy I decided to go with the small. They're perfectly high waisted without being too tight on the **** (I've got some hips). They are also the perfect length, no pooling. Another bonus, they are thick enough that you don't get any heinous panty lines which is something that is important to me haha. My one gripe is that they pill, which is the only reason I deducted a point.

I basically haven't taken it off. It's super stretchy so the size is forgiving. I am 5'8" and normally a size 6 in bottoms, and I purchased the medium. Fits perfectly. Shorts are extremely comfortable underneath. I have an hourglass shape with a rounder ***, so from the back you can see just a hint of the shorts underneath unless I work to tug the skirt part down over my *** deliberately. I am okay with this and think it's cute, but If you are my size with a booty and would prefer not to risk the shorts being visible from the back at all, I would try the ponte A-line skort. I have both and the A-line one is just a little swishier/covers my **** more, whereas this one is sportier and a little more form-fitting.

After becoming a briefs guy with the original American Apparel briefs, I thought I wasn’t going to get a chance to buy these after AA filed for bankruptcy.
Luckily, I found out about Los Angeles Apparel making these and being very similar to the original.
Bought a pair and immediately knew these were just like the old version. Incredibly soft and comfortable.
The fact that they are made in the US is another plus for supporting American manufacturing.
I’ll definitely be buying more of these briefs in the future.
