I bought a large and weigh around 165lb (75 kg) and it fits TTS if your wearing a T-Shirt Underneath (Haven't washed it yet so I don't know how much it'll shrink). Size Up if you want a slightly bagger fit. The hoodie could be slightly bigger for the next iteration in my opinion.

I got this top as a free- item along with the leather shoulder bag and I wasn't expecting much. However, I love this top. It's not a white as pictured, more of a stone color. I expected it to be defective- it's not, it's perfect as far as I can tell. It's comfortable and hefty and super cute. I style it with high waist jeans (tucked in), elegant minimal jewelry and either slides or sneakers. It's also super comfy around the house in leggings. Love, love, love. I'm 5 feet 2 and the small fits perfectly oversized.
